Tall Ships Charity Talk "Seas your Future"
A talk at our Club Meeting, 8pm, 7th May 2024
This talk will be about "Seas your Future" which is a youth development sailing charity. They own two Tall Ships and currently operate one primarily as a sail training vessel for young people. During the spring and summer months they sail mainly around the UK and Europe and during the autumn and winter months on a six-month transatlantic educational voyage. They provide sailing experience and an alternative form of learning and development for all young people, encouraging equality, inclusiveness and passion through adventure and challenge.
In addition, they need some volunteers to act a crew for delivery passages and would like to know if any RBYC members might want to take such an opportunity. Come along to find out more!
