Membership - Join

We would like to ensure you are happy with the club before you join as a member.  You are welcome to come along to any club meeting (usually on on the first Tuesday of the month at 8:00pm) to meet existing club members.  You do not need to be a member to do this.

Introductory Membership

When you are sure you wish to join, please apply for an Introductory Membership.  This will provide membership for 6 months and allow you to participate in any of the club's activities.    To do this, complete the application form below which will take you to a Paypal page to pay the fee of £18. (The PayPal page allows you to simply use a credit/bank card if you do not have a PayPal account.)

Full Membership

After you have been an Introductory Member for a few months and wish to become a Full Member, please send an email to membership@therbyc.co.uk stating you wish to become a Full Member. 

There are two levels of full membership; Individual Membership (£36 pa) or Family Membership (£55pa) for up to four people.  If you are including children under 18 please talk to the committee about our child policy beforehand.

You should indicate what activities you have participated in to-date with the club and any Club Skippers or Club Committee Members you have met.  You could also come to a club night and meet members of the Committee who will be able help you apply for full membership.

Providing your application is successful, your Membership will be converted to a Full Membership on the system and you will receive an email request to renew your membership as a full Member.

The Officers and Committee reserve the right to refuse Membership if they feel the application is not appropriate.
